Meet Lucy
Hi I’m Lucy at Re.Balanced, I have a passion to help people get the most out of life and feel that everyone of any age should have a chance to enjoy and do the things that they love.
From a young age I have always been interested in complimentary therapies however I could never decide which one was for me. That was until I had an accident myself back in 2017 and I realised I needed some extra help to get myself back on track. This was when I came across Bowen therapy, liked what I read about it and decided to try it for myself.
After gaining so much benefit from the therapy myself I went ahead and enrolled on a course with the Bowen Association Uk, completing a level 3 in anatomy and Physiology, 7 modules of practical work and final assessments, 10 case studies and over 150 practice hours to get my qualification in 2019.

At Re.Balanced, my focus is to bring harmony, alignment to your face and body.
I offer Bowen Therapy, which is a truly holistic and gentle but very effective soft tissue body treatment. Using mainly just fingers and thumbs we make gentle rolling moves on specific points of the body to encourage the body to make it’s own adjustments. No heavy, forced manipulation is used making it suitable for all from newborn babies to the elderly and infirm, there are no age restrictions at all.
Along with being a Bowen Therapist i am also an MSTR practioner which stands Mcloughlin Scar Release Therapy. This is a gentle manual therapy designed to release, soften and improve function of post -surgical and trauma scars. It can help relieve pain, restore loss of sensation and reduce the pulling of interconnescted fascia
I also offer brow tints and tidies and eye lash tint and lifts, why? Because quite simply we all deserve to have that time to ourselves to relax and make ourselves feel good.
They say the eyes are the gateway to our souls so why not give them a lift and make them pop!
